How do I use Muse from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok Bot or another agent?

Connect Muse and the agent you are in to Offhand at https://offhandapp.com/mcp, then ask that agent to hand Muse a task on the to-do list you share. Muse takes it at its next check, every 5 minutes. Offhand does not put Muse inside the agent you are in.

Connect Muse

Muse connects with an API key, which it keeps in its Secure credentials store.

  1. Sign in at offhandapp.com/account/connect, and choose Muse.
  2. Send Muse this message.

Add Offhand, my to-do list, as a custom connector with an API key, check it every 5 minutes for work handed to you and do it, asking me before anything that buys or deletes. Offhand’s address is https://offhandapp.com/mcp

  1. On the connect page, choose Copy API key. Muse gets only what you leave ticked there.
  2. In Muse, choose Add on Secure credentials store, paste the key into API Key, then choose Add.

A key Muse doesn’t use for 30 days stops working on its own.

How Muse picks up a task

Its message asks for a check every 5 minutes. Muse has no webhook, so a task handed to it waits at most 5 minutes.
